Our
company was founded in 1950 as a corporation called "Refidar
Treuhand-Gesellschaft" by one of the first Swiss chartered accountants.
Until 1973, the shares remained in possession of the founder, who at that
time, sold them to a group of private bankers. In 1980 two partners
repurchased the shares. Since 2001 the company was renamed into REFIDAR MOORE
STEPHENS and belongs without exception to active Partners.
